Day . 01 : Delhi
Anival Delhi at international Airport transfer to Hotel overnight at the Hotel.

Day - 02 : Delhi
After breakfast sight seeing in Old Delhi visit Lal Quita, Jama Masjid, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial at Rajghat and sight-seeing of New Delhi includes Qutab Minar, Humanyun's Tomb, India Gate, President House, Cannaught Circus. etc. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day . 03 : Delhi - Rishikesh - Mussoorie
Dep. from Delhi/Rishikesh/Mussoorie arrival Rishikesh/Mussorie (approx 7 hrs. Journey) check in Hotel, Registration and distribution of yoga kits dinner.

Day - 04 : Introduction of Yoga
Breakfast inaugural ceremony Lunch. Initiation and introduction of Yoga. Tea break. Meditation on pranayam etc. Local sight seeing cultural programme followed by dinner.

Day - 05 : Yoga Demonstration and Practice
Universal prayer, Yoga demonstration and practice of asanas tea/Coffee break practice of asanas and consultation for specific problems and remedies through yoga Lunch break visit to herbal Gardens/Ashrams pranayam and meditation dinner.

Day - 05 : Yoga Practice
Yoga practice/Prayer and demonstration which lunch break pranayam & meditation, dinner

Day - 06 : Deoprayag - Chakrata
Departure & Deoprayaglchakrata Lunch at DeoprayaglChakrata return journey dinner.

Day - 07 : Yoga Practice
Yoga Practice /Prayer and demonstration answer session closing ceremony dinner.

Day - 08 : Yoga Practice
Yoga practice/Prayer and demonstration, Lunch break Question answer session closing ceremony. Dinner.

Day - 09 : Cobbett National Park
Breakfast departure to Cobbett National Park. Lunch enroute arrival at Cobbett national park dinner and night stay at forest rest house.

Day - 10 : Cobbett National park
Breakfast sightseeing in Cobbett National Park with lunch at forest rest house/Dinner at places of half d'2parture to Agra by bus. Check in Hotel at Agra overnight stay at Hotel.

Day - 11 : Agra
After breakfast sight-seeing to Taj Mahal. Agra fort etc. evening free for leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day - 12 : Agra - Delhi
After breakfast departure to delhi approx 3 hrs. Transfer to airport for on ward journey.
